MCU Ranked: #15 Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

Mike: Funny movie, but at times it tried to recapture the magic of the first movie, which is too difficult to do.  Big story, insights into Quill. Also, Baby freaking Groot.

 

Jesse: They had the potential to tell a really good story using the fantastic characters that they developed in the first film but god damn the pacing of this movie was way too fucking slow.

 

Sam: With the exception of a few scenes, this is a pretty boring movie. I say this fully acknowledging that the visuals are great, and it pushes along a few character arcs, but all in all this is one of my least favorite MCU chapters.
