MCU Ranked: #9 Iron Man

Mike: The staple of the superhero origin story in this day and age. The same way Spider-Man 2 was the staple for superhero stories. Established this whole thing.

Jesse: Being the first MCU movie, hell even before there was an MCU, this was a solid outing for the character. Not having to think about how their movie would connect with the rest of a shared universe made it so they could simply tell the story they wanted to tell without having to consider the implications it could have on the overarching universe.

 

Sam: Not my favorite. It is certainly a great start to a franchise that would unknowingly spur on the whole ignition of the MCU machine, but barring the last five minutes and the middle-east sequence, this movie was one of my least favorite.
