Weekly Watch/Read for the Week of December 3rd
We've got a fun week on tap here. Some cool comic book stories and some fun TV. Let's go!
Watch
Flarrowverse Midseason Finales (CW)
Hot on the heels of what was an incredible Crossover event, the Flarrowverse is pressing towards it's winter break. It almost feels like a mistake to have the crossover and midseason finales on back to back weeks, but it could work. Using the Crisis event to bring people into the other shows, it could be a good jumping on point. Either way, there is some curiosity about where these shows will leave us for the winter break.
Justice League Action (Cartoon Network)
I know what you're thinking based on the premise of this show - that it's just like Teen Titans Go! which feels like a slap in the face to many fans of the Teen Titans show. This is different. It's not as silly and it gives you the feeling of nostalgia by bringing back many of the voices from the Justice League and Justice League Unlimited cartoons, as well as bringing on some newcomers. The show is fun, funny, fast-paced, and faithful. Give it a try if you haven't done so already.

DC Comics Holiday Special (DC)
This is the time of year when you get these Holiday Specials. They are often fun and not connected to any current storylines, but have a holiday theme. It will be nice to see these iconic characters spreading the holiday cheer.
Venom Inc. Alpha (Marvel)
This is a one shot preparing you for the Venom Inc. crossover in the Amazing Spider-Man and Venom titles. The story focuses on 3 characters who have worn the Venom symbiote - Peter Parker, Eddie Brock, and Flash Thompson. It will be fun to see these characters all interact with one another.
